Yantai Joint Foods Enterprise Co., Ltd (herein after referred to as "YJF”) is a foreign-invested business organized under the laws of the Peoples Republic of China in December 1993. It is located in Yantai China, a beautiful coastal city lying at the northwest tip of Shandong peninsular. Yantai faces South Korea and Japan across the sea.
The main office was at 6th Floor, Victory Building, No.66 Victory Road, Yantai, China.
The company moved to present address No.89, Jialingjiang Road Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone in March of year 2004.
Business
The company mainly engages in processing and marketing aquatic products such as Pollock Roe, fish, shellfish, shrimp, and crab, and exports the finished products to Japan, Korea, United States, German and other countries.
Major Products
Major products are fresh, frozen, seasoned, and bread marine products, ranging from Pacific Pollock to Chum Salmon, Pink Salmon, Pacific Cod, Ocean Perch, Pollock Roes, Jack Mackerel, Horse Mackerel, Shrimp, Sardine Fish, Squid, Snow Crab, King Crab, and Scallop.
Packing
The materials are processed in different ways to satisfy customers. The products are packed to meet each customer’s needs, including vacuum-sealed, tray pack, whole bulk frozen, and IQF.
Capacity
YJF boasts a newly built modern factory building of approximately 36,000 square meters. It owns several workshops which are bacterium-free and well air-conditioned to meet the requirements on temperature control in aquatic products processing. The annual processing capacity amounts to 12,000MTS. The cold storage capacity reaches to 10,000 Metric Tons. The number of full-time employee amounts to 800 in average.
Equipments
The company has equipped with sets of advanced manufacturing equipments, including plate freezers, tunnel freezer, screw freezer, high efficiency shelf freezer, deep skinner machines, gutting machines, filleting machines, scaling machines, belt feeding machines, fry machines, breading machines, metal detectors, vacuum-packing machines, and ext. All processing equipments are imported from Japan.
YJF has built up fully featured labs to strengthen the inspection and quality control.
Production and Quality Control
The company has established production management system and quality assurance system, which has been registered with CIQ and HACCP.
